Setting up Trader Workstation (TWS) to stay logged in for a week

It is possible to set up TWS to stay logged in for a week and just restart itself every night, but not require you to log in again each morning. 

To do so, open the Global Configuration window and look for the Lock and Exit section. Then under Auto Logoff Timer, change the selection from Auto logoff to Auto restart and select a time after market hours for it to restart. TWS will close and restart itself each day at this time, but it will stay logged in.

TAT will attempt to reconnect to TWS at midnight every night, so we highly recommend setting TWS up to restart at 11:45 pm, so it is up and ready to accept connections again at midnight.
